And we need people like you to make it happen.We empower you to reach your potential with opportunities to make an impact to be proud of – for food, people and the planet.Job SummaryThe Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration organisation develops manufacturing technologies and integrated supply chain solutions to produce the PSE product portfolio in a safe, efficient and sustainable way to enable our company's growth.We are now looking for an Industrial Engineering Driver who through networks will drive industrialization, standardization and harmonization to meet future expectations on quality and efficiency. You will report to the Manufacturing Capability Manager.The position is permanent and is preferably based in Lund Sweden, or Olsztyn Poland. Some travelling will be required.What You Will DoAs an Industrial Engineering Driver, you will drive industrialization and standardization across our different production sites and businesses. You will as well guide our Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration organization how to set-up the new ways of working in the new CAD and PDM environment. You will be a key player in executing the Technical Roadmap for manufacturing technologies to deliver a step change in performance and quality.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the Early Management Master Pillar for PSE where you will govern and support the execution of all EM-projects as well as govern and own the investment budget for PSE M&SCIDevelop the EM capabilities within the PSE M&SCI organisationLead the Industrial Engineering Network consisting of IE Managers from all Production Centers to drive standardization and harmonization.Build capabilities within PSE M&SCI to manage the new ways of working in the new systems environmentAct as the bridge between engineering and production to secure design for manufacturing, assembly, test etc.Represent PSE M&SCI organization in design review meetings together with the business for new product development projects.We believe you haveYou have a master’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering. We believe you have at least a few years’ experience in Project Management and are familiar with driving industrialization. We also believe that you have experience in World Class Manufacturing (TPM methodology) and are skilled in driving networks with several different stakeholders. If you have experience in CAD systems and PDM systems, it is a benefit. You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal.We are looking for a business and result-oriented, engaged, collaborative and analytical candidate with a passion for driving improvements.
