This regional role plays a key part in shaping the supply strategy across Asia, ensuring long-term growth, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.Role OverviewLocation: Kuala LumpurReports to: Regional Supply Chain HeadRegional scope covering Pan-Asia marketsStrategic individual contributor role with strong cross-functional influence (no direct team)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy the regional supply strategy - capacity planning, sourcing, make-vs-buy, and investment decisions.Lead initiatives to optimize COGS, drive network efficiency, and support capital planning.Partner with business, technical, and supply leaders to enable innovation and deliver supply capability for new products.Influence strategic decisions that improve gross margin and overall operational performance.Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement within the regional supply network.Candidate Profile10+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing strategy, or plant operations within FMCG or related industries.Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect supply decisions to commercial impact.Skilled in collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management across markets and functions.Strategic mindset, high analytical capability, and experience working in complex, multinational environments.Background in FMCG preferred (food experience not mandatory).Argyll Scott Asia is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
