About The RolePlanning, developing, and implementing speaker processes for new program launch. Provide manufacturing information, including process time, labor needs and investment for new speaker RFQ. Support speaker manufacturing plant for quality and efficiency improvement.What You Will DoNew speaker program IndustrializationNew speaker project ED (Engineering Development) & DV (Design Verification) & industrialization. Base on speaker design concept, provide RFQ required manufacturing information on time, including Process Flow Mapping Document (process mapping, cycle time, Direct Labor, Fixture & Equipment). Evaluate and define manufacturing location & production line and evaluate relevant investment needs. Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) review, highlight process risks to Project Manager, R&D team. Align fixture design and fabrication to meet build schedule. Support Thailand plants on new speaker PV build & industrialization. Release manufacturing BOM (M-BOM) to plant. Conduct project gate review. Speaker new process developmentDevelop documented specifications for new processesDevelop new process PFMEA and provide input on control plan, hand over to plant engineeringManage the creation and maintenance of Process Specifications, Hardware Specifications, and Best PracticesWork with global speaker team members to standardize production processes across the organization. Work with global speaker team members to develop and implement best practices in production that result in the best possible quality level while managing costs. Manage the creation and maintenance of Process Specifications, Hardware Specifications, and Best PracticesSupport plastic molding process industrialization in LC plantFacilitate knowledge transfer about all aspects of transducer process to plant engineering team. What You NeedBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanism/Electronics/Automation etc.)5 years’ experience of process engineering with automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing processes in automotive industry. Experience in launching & industrializing new products, be familiar with new project development process. Good English communication.
