For EHS services in the Manufacturing area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part:Bachelor’s Degree in Science and four (4+) years of exposure to EHS activities within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.OSHA 30 hours certification, General or Construction Industry. Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.Bilingual (Spanish and English).Good analytical skills.Experience in:Proven track record in leading cross-functional safety initiatives and incident investigations.Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management.The Personality Part:    Our Next Piece is someone who treats everyone they meet like family, especially our resources, clients, and team members. Are you ready to Be The Piece?AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)Provide program level governance support to a variety of Project leaders of management reviews, monitoring of manufacturing activities, developing and presenting performance metrics, developing and delivering safety presentations.Proactively engage with Project Directors to forecast programmatic and project level safety risks and work with teams to address emerging risks.Assure complies with the national statutory health and safety requirements.Where practicable, implement best practice, and lessons learned, across each project.Assure that all contractors are implementing our strategy and safe working practices on site.Monitors leading and lagging indicators and escalates.Support incident investigations.Assist and monitor the development and completion of corrective actions.Identify and implements safety initiatives.WHO WE ARE:We are a Service Provider company different from the rest.
