As they move toward delivering our first commercial-scale volumes through a new demonstration facility, they are building a talented team to help make this vision a reality.We’re looking for an Industrialization Project Manager to lead the scale-up of our breakthrough technology from pilot to demo plant.You will own the industrialization roadmap, manage complex stakeholder networks, and ensure our process design translates seamlessly into operational success. If you thrive on bringing ambitious engineering programs to life, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the industrialization roadmap: Build and maintain the master schedule for the pilot line and demo plant. Define milestones and dependencies, lead project reviews, ensure effective reporting, and keep all contributors aligned with targets.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders: Collaborate with process engineers, R&D, engineering firms, suppliers, and site operators to ensure technical coherence, smooth information flow, and timely delivery.Translate process design into action: Turn process concepts into executable plans, ensuring pilot operations generate the right data for engineering studies and demo-scale design.Oversee project budget and resources: Manage costs, procurement, contracts, and partner deliverables while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and traceability in all documentation.Drive proactive risk management: Identify potential bottlenecks early, lead derisking initiatives, and implement mitigation actions with clear accountability.Maintain rigorous documentation control: Ensure version traceability, structured documentation, and efficient sharing of technical materials across teams and partners.Required BackgroundMaster’s degree in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering 7+ years of experience leading industrial or chemical project execution from pilot to demo or industrial scale.Proven track record coordinating multi-stakeholder projects involving engineering firms, suppliers, and operational sites.Experience in process scale-up, plant integration, or technology deployment within the chemical, recycling, or related industrial sectors.Demonstrated expertise in budget management, procurement coordination, and industrial readiness assessments.Please contact mason@ct-19.co.uk for more information.
