Our exclusive partnership with RESCO Products Inc. enables us to offer a complete range of refractories for the oil & gas and aluminum sectors. Our refractory plant, located in Sohar Industrial Estate, has a capacity of 100,000 tonnes. We are also preparing to diversify into Mining & Mineral Processing, and Metal Processing industries.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in the Non-Ferrous Industry, based in Oman. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and securing contracts with both existing and new clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales team, providing market analysis, preparing sales proposals, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Market AnalysisStrong understanding of the Non-Ferrous Industry, particularly in the Middle East and North African regionsEffective leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to travel as required for client meetings and industry eventsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in refractory materials, metal processing, or related industries is a plus
