Industrialization Engineer

About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Industrialization Engineer to join our team in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging product development and manufacturing, ensuring smooth industrialization of new products, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Your role :Participate in product development and support design-for-manufacturability activities.Contribute to the industrialization of products, from prototype to production.Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, cost, and quality.Collaborate closely with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain teams.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and work instructions.Support problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality requirements.Your profile :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 year of experience in product industrialization, process engineering, or manufacturing (semiconductor industry experience is a plus).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a cross-functional, international team.Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.Ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines.Technical SkillsKnowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly, and testing.Experience with product industrialization, validation, and process optimization.Familiarity with semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is desirable.About ALTENALTEN is a global leader in engineering and IT consulting, with over 57,000 professionals in more than 30 countries.
