And this is why we invest so much energy in helping our employees hone and expand their skills.Working for Linxens means investing in your future.Our growth is creating great opportunities!Here is a description for the position - Industrialization EngineerResponsibilitiesManufacturing Solution Implementation:Design site-specific implementation scenariosPrepare engineering requirements, business cases, and CAPEX budgetsCollaborate with local teams for equipment sourcing, installation, and commissioningProcess Parameters & Line QualificationLead process parameter setup, line integration, and validationConduct first qualification and gap analysis, making updates as necessarySupport ramp-up and safe launch plans, ensuring final qualification and smooth transition to operationsEquipment & Process DesignAssess manufacturing options, perform gap and risk analyses, and develop equipment specificationsSelect suppliers, conduct tenders, and manage purchase ordersContinuously review designs to ensure flawless project executionQualification5-7 years of experience in Industrialization and Process Engineering, in a regulated industrial sectors - medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etcBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial or equivalent)Strong experience in overmolding process and equipments designFamiliarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 13485, Process Validation (IQ, OQ & PQ)Team player and possess good communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English; Fluency in Mandarin is a plusLINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
