With Agentforce Life Sciences, we combine deep industry expertise with the scalability of the Salesforce platform to enable compliant, customer-centric solutions across Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech.We are seeking a Life Sciences Industry Architect who can combine technical excellence, regulatory awareness, and industry depth to design robust solutions that drive trust and adoption across the life sciences value chain.What You’ll DoArchitecture LeadershipServe as the technical authority for Agentforce Life Sciences implementations across Northern Europe.Define reference architectures that integrate Salesforce core and Agentforce Life Sciences capabilities with partner and ISV solutions.Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and data integrity requirements (e.g., GxP validation, 21 CFR Part 11).Solution Design & DeliveryLead end-to-end architecture design, from discovery to blueprinting to hand-off into implementation.Provide technical oversight on proof-of-concepts, pilots, and early implementations.Partner with customers’ IT and enterprise architects to align Salesforce within broader enterprise architectures.Compliance & ValidationGuide customers through validation strategies for regulated systems on Salesforce.Ensure design patterns support auditability, traceability, and compliance documentation.Collaborate with security and regulatory experts to address regional regulatory requirements (EMA, GDPR, local data residency).Enablement & AdvisoryCoach Solution Engineers and Account Teams on technical best practices and solution positioning.Build technical enablement materials for field teams to accelerate adoption of Agentforce Life Sciences.Act as a trusted advisor to customers’ technical leadership.What We’re Looking ForKnowledge & ExpertiseDeep expertise in life sciences processes across commercial, medical, and R&D functions.Strong Salesforce platform and Life Science architectural knowledge.Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and data orchestration.In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting life sciences IT systems (GxP, validation, audit, privacy).SkillsStrong architecture design and solution blueprinting skills.Technical gravitas in engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects.Ability to balance compliance and scalability in solution designs.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience8–10+ years of enterprise architecture or solution architecture experience.Hands-on experience designing validated solutions in Pharma/MedTech.Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs.Exposure to ISVs and partner ecosystems supporting Life Sciences.Why Join Salesforce?Innovative Culture: Be part of a company that's reshaping the future with advanced AI models and cloud solutionsGlobal Impact: Contribute to products that are transforming industries worldwideCareer Growth: Access to professional development opportunities, mentorship programs, and a clear path for advancementBenefits & Perks Check out our benefits site which explains our various benefits, including well-being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and moreUnleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
