Part-Time Operational Marketing Support – Industrial AutomationRole Description:The part-time Operational Marketing Support will assist the Industrial Automation Business Unit in daily operational and data-related marketing tasks. The role includes working with SAP, PIM (Product Information Management), and Coupa systems to maintain data accuracy and support business processes.Main Responsibilities:Maintain and update price and material data in SAP.Support PIM tool processes by managing and ensuring accurate product information across systems and channels.Assist with Coupa purchasing processes, including order and supplier follow-up.Prepare daily sales and order reports.Follow up AMSP KPIs on a monthly basis.Track quantity and volume growth by material groups and highlight anomalies.Conduct weekly backlog–order–invoice margin analysis.Monitor product coverage (free stock, PO, and shipping).Support Alliance Partner (IAD/SI) certification tracking and system updates.
