We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of ServiceNow projects and enhancements. This role involves coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and process owners to help drive successful implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing ServiceNow projects (e. g. , ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, etc.
)Support sprint planning, and daily stand-ups in Agile or hybrid environmentsMaintain project documentation including timelines, RAID logs, and status reportsCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deliveryTrack and report on project KPIs and milestones Help manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvalsFacilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectivesSupport UAT planning and execution, including test case coordination and defect trackingContribute to post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessionsExperience: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in IT or SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, HRSD, etc.
