We believe in a Happy Mum, a Happy Baby.As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us.Job ResponsibilitiesBaby care duties include:Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapersAssist in feeding of babiesTaking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary informationMonitoring of babies’ growing progressGuide parents in infection control and baby safety measurementsEnsure Baby SafetyUmbilical CareOral and Eye CareAssist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or managerMummy Care Duties IncludeMonitoring of Mummies' recovery progressGuiding mummies in breastfeedingGuiding mummies in baby care techniquesAssist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditionsAssist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or managerWorking Hours2x morning shift (preferably 1 x weekday and 1 x weekend)11 hours per shift (8am to 830pm inclusive of 1.5 hours breaktime)LocationLocated within Oasia Hotel, Sentosa (Right beside Imbiah Station)SalaryFrom $120 per shift onwardsSubjected to experience / qualificationsHigher hourly rates for night shifts, Weekends & Public HolidaysThe salary stated in the listing is calculated based on the employee working the minimum number of days.Additional InformationBasic training will be providedLunch and dinner are providedIncrement of salary according to length of serviceUniform providedJob RequirementsSingaporean and PRs onlyPhysically fit & mentally soundRelevant experience would be goodPreferably able to commit twice a weekPreferably able to work on Weekends & Public HolidaysDue to the nature of the job including interacting with mummies, we are only accepting female candidates*
