Your impactAs a Data Analyst at our company, you’ll do more than just data analysis - you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Infermedica. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining reliable data pipelines within our data warehouse. This work ensures that insights derived from our datasets are trustworthy, helping stakeholders make confident, data-driven decisions. Moreover, you will closely work with Product Managers and most teams across the company. Your insights will help fine-tune features, uncover new growth opportunities, and guide our product’s evolution.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Analysts, DevOps Engineers and Developers on data warehouse initiativesDevelop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes within the data warehouseMonitor data quality and troubleshoot issues in the warehouse environmentOptimize queries and workflows to improve performance and efficiencyWork with PMs and stakeholders to understand their data needsAnalyze product data and conduct ad hoc analysesDeliver intuitive data visualizations and communicate key insightsCreate clear reports that support decision-makingRole Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience in reporting, data analytics, data engineering, data warehousing, or Business IntelligenceWorking experience with SQL in modern cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery (preferred), Snowflake, or Amazon RedshiftExperience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio (preferred), Tableau, or Power BIExperience with spreadsheets (Sheets, Excel)Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutionsUnderstanding of data workflows and willingness to grow in the data warehouse areaWillingness to learn, explore, and introduce new tools and approachesHigh level of initiative, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinkingStrong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with business stakeholders and analystsComfortable using English (both written and spoken)Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments, typical of startup culturesNice to haveFamiliarity with Google Cloud Platform tools, including DataForm, Workflows, Cloud Storage, and Vertex AIFamiliarity with Git-based platforms (GitLab preferred) or other version control systemKnowledge of a scripting language (e.

Each of us is a ‘full-stack analyst’, taking ownership of the entire data journey - from understanding and gathering business requirements, through designing and implementing ETL workflows, to performing data analysis, building insightful reports and visualizations, and helping users get the most out of our tools.
