Maintenance Facility Manager – Healthcare FacilityLocation: Yokosuka OR Iwakuni, JapanInifitek is proud to recruit on behalf of a global leader in healthcare and military facility support, seeking an experienced Maintenance Facility Manager for a high-profile healthcare site located in either Yokosuka or Iwakuni, Japan. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coordinate, and oversee all O&M activities to ensure alignment with contract performance goals. Supervise a skilled multidisciplinary team responsible for equipment, utility systems, buildings, and grounds. Schedule, manage, and monitor day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Oversee service delivery, subcontractor performance, budgeting, and contract resource allocation.

Maintain all required documentation including monthly performance reports. Ensure team compliance with environmental and safety standards, including OSHA, NFPA, and EPA. Perform HVAC system maintenance and contribute directly to site-level O&M as needed. Investigate and resolve customer concerns and operational issues. Conduct staff training and lead regular safety meetings and briefings. Qualifications & RequirementsCertified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) credential requiredMinimum 5 years of verifiable experience within a healthcare/medical facilityCommon Access Card (CAC) eligibility (required). Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, fire and security systems. Familiarity with TJC, NFPA, EPA, and OSHA regulations and standards.

Ability to conduct accident investigations and safety inspections. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
