PRODUCT MANAGER (Inflammation)Job DescriptionProduct Manager (Inflammation) will be reporting to Commercial Director and his/her main responsibilities will be as follows:Leads country brand plan development and tactical implementation and owns brand strategy from idea to implementation and monitoring to reach corporate and business goalsLeads the brand team and owns the brand agenda by partnering with cross-functional teams including Medical, VA&P, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, Congress & Events, and other related functions & stakeholders to maximize the brand performance as one teamDevelops and excels strong customer experience across all channels for both internal and external key stakeholdersConducts regular market analysis, develops deep understanding on business dynamics, patient &HCP journey with also tracking the competitive environment and leveraging the growth opportunitiesGathers continuous actionable insights for both strategic and tactical action development and enhancement with the support of field insights, customer experience, primary and secondary data sets and informationAssumes the responsibility for sales and Opex forecasts, financial planning, market, and brand analysisPlans, executes, and monitors seamless omni-channel customer and disease awareness experience with orchestrating context and content thru multiple channels including social mediaActively collaborates and co-creates in joint processes and projects with other marketing colleaguesPartners with the field force to drive the brand strategies and tactics, congress and events excellence, customer journey touchpoints, message delivery with aspirational brandingPartners with global and regional marketing teams to implement global to local effectively and proactively shares local best/better practices with global teamsManage and work with external vendors and Amgen Global Service Centers to gather necessary services and develop creatives for both digital and physicalBase Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree would be a plus)Preferably 2+ years of experience in commercial or customer-face functions with track-record of successDemonstrates industry knowledge and strong commercial attitudeApplies advanced communication and presentation skills, communicates effectively at all levels both internally and externally and (inter-) nationallyDemonstrates leader and can-do attitude with excellent engagement skillsDemonstrates strategic and systematic thinking, analytical approach, excellence in operations managementDemonstrates strong organizational and time management skills; multi-tasks effectively; delivers on commitments in a timely manner with high qualityAbility to deal with ambiguity and manage time pressure well, takes initiative and acts pro-actively, enthusiastically, and creativelyApplies innovation and digital in subjects such as Customer360, omni-channel marketing, agile and digital health.Solid financial and operational planning skillsExperience with information systems (CRM databases, IQVIA and MS Office)Fluency in English and Turkish, both oral and written communications
