We are looking for students in their Master or recent graduates to join our Benelux team in Amsterdam for a 4–6 month, full-time internship (start date February 2026).
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to: · Assist in the evaluation of live deals, including financial modelling, company analysis, and due diligence· Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment trends and opportunities· Prepare presentation materials and investment memoranda for internal and external use· Assist portfolio companies with ongoing value creation initiatives and projects· Participate in meetings with management teams, advisors, and other stakeholders· Participate in all internal meetings and team eventsWho we are looking for:
· Master’s students or recent graduates with a strong academic background· Previous internship experience in private equity, investment banking (M&A or Leveraged Finance) or strategy consulting· Strong business sense, analytical and financial skills· Ambitious, mature profiles who thrive in a dynamic, deal-driven environment· Dutch and English fluencyContract terms: · Amsterdam office, in-person· Start date: February 2026· Duration: 4–6 months, full-time, paid internship· Competitive salary.
