DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Care Officer specialist dedicated at our Munsbach location whose mission is to ensuring customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact for our professional clients, you will handle inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and associated services. You will ensure a smooth and efficient experience while maintaining a rigorous follow-up on requests. Responsabilities Respond to Officer client inquiries regarding order and delivery tracking. Provide accurate information on lead times, availability, and service conditions. Handle potential complaints related to orders and propose appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales, after-sales service) to ensure a quick and efficient response to clients. Update customer information in the CRM system and proactively follow up on cases. Suggest improvements to optimize the customer journey and reduce friction points. Required Knowledges Experience in customer service, ideally in a Officer environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset. Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously with accuracy and responsiveness. Proficiency in CRM tools and order management software. Team spirit, autonomy, and effective priority management. A good understanding of the transportation sector is a plus.
