Influencer MarketerWe’re looking for an Influencer Marketer with proven experience executing campaigns across multiple international markets; someone who can build meaningful creator partnerships that turn into measurable business impacts globally. Our app has over 7.6 million downloads and our goal is to keep growing quickly and steadily.About the roleAs an Influencer Marketer, you’ll execute influencer marketing campaigns across prioritized and international markets, working within the broader global strategy set by the marketing leadership team. You’ll plan and run campaigns, manage budgets and systems, cultivate long-term creator relationships, and continuously optimize approaches and tactics based on insights and performance. You’ll collaborate closely with PR & Partnerships, Brand, Social Media, and Performance Marketing to integrate influencer work into broader launches and “always-on” activities. You will report to the Head of Communications.What you’ll doBuild and run creator programs: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-market campaigns that both build awareness and drive conversions— all tailored to each market’s context.Grow long-term partnerships: Identify, recruit, and nurture influencers aligned with our brand. You will also support gifting, affiliate programs, and creative collabs. .Adapt by market: Track trends, platform use and cultural nuances (incl. markets outside of Scandinavia) and adjust creator mixes, formats, and messaging.Safeguard quality & brand: Review content for guidelines, campaign fit, and legal/compliance; give actionable feedback and coordinate revisions.Track what matters: Shape KPI frameworks (eg., reach, engagement, conversion, ROI), analyze performance, and present insights and recommendations.Own tools & budgets: Oversee influencer marketing spend across your markets, optimize for ROI, and operate creator systems (e.g., Gigapay or similar) to ensure smooth campaign execution.Collaborate across teams: Work closely with PR & Partnerships, Brand, Social, Performance Marketing and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.Your backgroundYou have hands-on experience with influencer marketing and know how to turn strategies into high-quality delivery across channels and global markets.We believe you have:3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing (in-house or agency), incl. multi-market execution outside of Scandinavia.Proven work with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and creators across brand and conversion campaigns.Experience managing multi-market campaign budgets, optimizing spend, and delivering measurable ROI.Familiarity with Gigapay or similar creator management/payment platforms and analytics tools.Experience with consumer products and know how to blend performance with brand building.Fluency in English and Swedish; additional languages (e.g., Dutch or German) are a plus.Who you areYou combine a strategic and analytical mindset with creativity, and have excellent relationship skills.
