We’re doing it by offering a unique lineup of nutritional supplements that help reverse the biological ageing process and prevent age-related issues (think increased blood pressure, metabolic dysfunction, declining energy levels).Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Influencer Manager position. Based in Cremorne, VIC, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing our influencer department and scaling a blend of macro/micro initiatives for both organic and paid media.You will have ALL the resources you need to partner with world renowned US influencers. You’ll have no crippling bureaucratic structure (corporate, anyone?), and be working with a chill but driven marketing team that actually gets things done and has fun doing it.The role allows for some remote work, but requires on-site attendance as needed (3 days a week in office, 2 days from home).Core SkillsProven record of expertise in influencer niche working with macro, micro and emerging talentDevelop a reliable process for scaling micro influencer strategy for paid advertising purposesStrong data and negotiation skills to ensure partnerships KPIs are achievedAbility to identify influencers that will connect with AgeMate's core customerManage content creators and acting talent for paid media endorsementsExpert communicator, highly able to build and develop relationshipsExperience working with macro influencers (250k+ following)Curiosity for all things ecommerceRole MissionGenerate efficient and scaled marketing results via influencer marketing (through paid IG/YouTube posts, branded partnerships, exc)Curate, quality control and connect local creator talent to our paid media teamBenefitsHybrid work flexibility: WFH 2 days per week.To ApplyIf applying through LinkedIn, please include your CV and a cover letter explaining why you'd be a great fit for this role.
