Marketing Manager Location: Remote in ParisIndustry: Fashion E-commerceResponsibilities and Duties: ● As the France market manager, develop and implement growth plans based on the company's strategic objectives.● Oversee promotional plans to meet operational needs, aligning with the company's business model to achieve marketing goals and conversion targets.● Analyze user profiles, manage user acquisition, oversee customer experience, and develop customer management systems.● Establish management protocols, monitor team performance against targets, and adjust operational strategies as needed.●Lead in planning, strategy, and execution of Pop-Up and/or new store openings to drive traffic, revenue growth, brand awareness, and increase loyalty.Requirements: • Extensive local network in France and commitment to long-term regional development. Experience in cross-border e-commerce operations is a plus.• Excellent English language skills and familiarity with the French market trends and culture.• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated learner, team player with innovative thinking and a proactive approach to tasks.• Outstanding business analysis, comprehension, and logical thinking skills.
