Influencer Campaign Manager (Arabic Speaking) – Dubai We’re working with a leading creative communications agency in Dubai that’s looking to hire an Arabic-speaking Influencer Campaign Manager to join their team. This role is a key part of the agency’s growing influencer marketing division and will focus heavily on casting and managing influencer talent across the GCC region. Key Responsibilities:Lead influencer casting and outreach across multiple markets, ensuring strong alignment with brand objectives.Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, and content creators.Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee campaign deliverables from start to finish.Collaborate with internal client servicing and creative teams to develop influencer strategies and creative concepts.Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver post-campaign reports and insights.Stay up to date with regional trends, social media platforms, and emerging influencer talent. Requirements:Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).3–5 years’ experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or PR (agency experience preferred).Proven network and strong relationships within the influencer and creator community across the GCC.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Highly organised, proactive, and passionate about social media and digital culture.
