Influencer Marketing Manager & Strategist For a Westernwear Fashion Brand

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Influencer Marketing & PR person to join our team. The job post is for "Reem—A growing Pakistani brand offering minimalist Westernwear". Location: DHA Phase 3, LahoreYour RoleYou’ll be the driving force behind Reem’s presence across social, influencer, and PR channels — from discovering emerging fashion creators to executing partnerships with top-tier influencers, stylists, and media outlets.You’ll be strategizing, executing, and continuously finding new ways to make Reem the most talked-about Pakistani fashion brand online.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn our end-to-end influencer program: Discover, vet, and build a database of on-brand influencers and creators (micro to macro).Conduct daily outreach, negotiate rates/deliverables, manage contracts, and handle all product shipping logistics.Build and maintain influencer & media contact databases.Build and manage our affiliate marketing program.Plan small influencer/PR events, pop-ups, or studio meetups.Analyze campaign results (reach, engagement, ROI) and prepare reports.Track competitor influencer activities and new trend opportunities.Craft press releases, media kits, and PR communications.Pitch brand stories to relevant digital publications, magazines, and blogs.Handle collaborations and partnerships with media outlets.Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in influencer marketing/ social media marketingProven track record managing influencer campaigns from concept to execution for brands.Strong network of influencers and bloggers is a major plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Solid understanding of social media trends, especially in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion sectors.
