Influencer Marketing SpecialistWe are looking for a motivated Influencer Marketing Executive to support our influencer campaigns and social media strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, familiar with platforms like Xiaohongshu (RedNote), and eager to grow in the creator economy.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer MarketingAssist in sourcing and coordinating with influencers/KOLs.Support campaign planning, brief preparation, and timeline management.Ensure deliverables meet KPIs and client expectations.Social Media & Campaign SupportContribute ideas for campaigns across XHS, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.Stay updated on social trends and best practices.Support cross-border and O2O marketing initiatives when needed.Reporting & AnalysisHelp monitor campaign performance and compile reports.Assist in gathering insights and optimization recommendations.Requirements1–2 years of experience in client account management, digital marketing, or influencer marketingFamiliarity with social media platforms, especially XHS, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and support teammates.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Eager to continuously learn and adapt, with a strong interest in acquiring new skills, knowledge, and information.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of reporting and performance tracking.Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for XHS and cross-border campaigns).Must Malaysian Citizen
