We’re looking for an Influencer Sourcing Assistant to join our growth marketing team. This role supports the early stages of the influencer marketing process, focusing on identifying, vetting, and sourcing high-quality influencers, managing gifting/product seeding logistics, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for creator collaborations.If you’re passionate about influencer marketing, love discovering new talent, and want to grow your career with a well-known brand in a fast-paced, supportive environment, this role is for you.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: Up to ₱55,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll DoSource and vet influencers based on brand-specific criteria (follower count, engagement rate, niche relevance, content style, audience quality, and CAC estimates).Build curated influencer lists and maintain clean tracking sheets for campaign progress.Coordinate and track influencer seeding/gifting logistics to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.Execute influencer outreach using templates, with flexibility for custom messaging or follow-ups.Monitor and report on outreach performance (e.g., outreach volume, reply rate, conversions).Maintain organized records of outreach history, communication, and deliverables.Build and nurture professional relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.Understand brand briefs and communicate campaign goals, deliverables, and guidelines to influencers.Support additional operations tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution.What We’re Looking For1+ year of experience working on influencer or affiliate marketing campaigns, ideally in sourcing, outreach, or seeding/gifting.Familiarity with tools like Aspire or similar influencer marketing platforms.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a people-first mindset.Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple touchpoints seamlessly.Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.Comfortable working in Google Sheets/Excel to track and manage performance data.Ability to work EST business hours.Why You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
