In this role, you’ll bring together strategy, creativity, and relationship-building to deliver campaigns that truly move the needle for our clients.You’ll have the opportunity to own influencer and UGC campaigns from start to finish—developing strategies, building strong client and creator relationships, and ensuring every campaign is impactful and results-driven. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where your ideas and leadership will have a direct impact on how brands present themselves in the world.What you´ll do:Develop and manage influencer and UGC strategies that align with client goals and cultural trends.Act as a key client partner, managing communication, campaign updates, and recommendations.Lead the end-to-end creator process: outreach, vetting, negotiation, briefing, deliverables, and reporting.Build and maintain a roster of trusted talent across various tiers.Review content for alignment, track performance, and deliver clear reporting and insights.Manage budgeting and execute creator payments through our partnership management platform (Lefty).Stay on top of platform trends, emerging creators, and industry shifts—bringing proactive ideas to clients.Build positive, long-term relationships with creators and collaborators.Support the Director of Partnerships with strategy development, client deliverables, and scaling influencer/UGC campaigns.What we are looking for:3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or UGC management (agency or brand-side).Strong client management skills—you’re confident presenting ideas and building trust.Deep knowledge of social platforms and trends.Experience with influencer platforms/tools (e.g., Lefty, Tagger, Aspire, Grin).Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Proven ability to identify talent and content that fits brand objectives.Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with shifting priorities.A genuine passion for digital culture and partnerships that move the needle.Why you´ll love it:Work on exciting, trend-forward brands in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and entertainment.Take full ownership of influencer and UGC campaigns with room to innovate.Remote-first environment with flexible hours and a strong work-life balance.Supportive team culture that encourages creativity, growth, and initiative.Opportunities to pitch fresh ideas and shape how we scale our influencer and UGC department.To ApplyEmail careers@jiveprdigital.com with your resume, a short note on why you’re excited about this role, and examples of creators or campaigns you’ve worked on.
