We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable.”Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers across various platforms.Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and payment terms with influencers.Coordinate content creation and ensure brand messaging consistency.Track, analyze and report on campaign performance.Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices.Collaborate with other internal pillars for integrated campaigns.Manage influencer databases and maintain ongoing communication.RequirementsWho you are:Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.Analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.PreferredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.Creative mindset with an eye for compelling content.
