What will you be doing at Infobip? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issuesUnderstand the technical needs and objectives of customers and develop tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges promptly. Ensure timely and effective communication with customers regarding updates and improvements. Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify areas for optimization.

Quarterly Business Reviews preparation and presentationProactively communicating the status, escalations, and recommendations for the customersCooperating with the internal stakeholders in bringing the best service to the customersResolving billing disputesDispatching the issues to the Core Network TeamSender registration and Managing Short CodesEnsure smooth introduction of the services and delivered solutions as well as the proper setup for the assigned telecoms, setup of the new services, and traffic monitoring when applicableKeep up with all the updates from the industry, updates on the products in the telecom sector as well as route pricing in cooperation with the Business Analyst team.

More About YouFluent Italian speakerProven experience in technical account management or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office, especially in ExcelHigh level of written and oral communication skills in EnglishStrong understanding of technical products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
