Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both engineeing and business roles Partner with with hiring managers from the initial stage of job opening and ensure alignment with company goalsDrive employer branding activities and bringing fresh ideas to make it even strongerOccasionally represent Infomediji (DeoVR) at conferences, meetups and other events to connect and build our talent networkYOUR PROFILE:

3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionStrong sourcing skills and a strategic understanding of where and how to find top talentProven experience partnering directly with hiring managers at all levels from Lead to Executive levelComfortable to work in a startup environment with a proactive and ownership-driven mindsetFluent in English (B2+); Russian language skills are a plusHIRING PROCESS: HR Screening (45 min)Case Task (1-3 hours)Chief of Staff Interview (45 min)CEO call (30 min)💼 Explore our hiring process.
