As we expand with new Resort openings on an almost annual basis, our core purpose remains the same; encouraging guests to experience the Magic of togetherness as the World’s Leading Family & Beach Resort.Whether you’re looking for a strong career path in the hospitality industry, to learn new skills that will set you apart from the competition or to develop meaningful relationships and grow personally and professionally, our safe, strong, and sustainable environment might just be the perfect place for you.Your main responsibility:Threat Monitoring & Investigation: Monitor security alerts across all sites, participate in investigating incidents, and ensure timely mitigation.Information Security Support: Respond to security-related requests, provide guidance to employees across the Group, and coordinate with IT teams and third-party providers to enforce information security standards.Awareness & Training: Participate in information security awareness initiatives and incident response exercises.Policy Implementation: Support the deployment and maintenance of information security policies aligned with Group expansion and operational needs.Risk & Compliance: Assist in risk assessments, track mitigation actions, and support internal/external audits.Security Tool Administration: Support the administration of SIEM, EDR, network security, email security, and other tools; contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new solutions.Your main qualifications/skillsUniversity degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields (e.g. Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering); postgraduate studies in Information Security or entry-level certifications (ISC2 CC, CompTIA CySA+, BTL1, SAL1, Microsoft SC-200) will be considered a plus.Minimum one year of work experience in a technical job role, previous experience in the leisure & hospitality industry and familiarity with related technologies will be considered a plus.A demonstrable interest and commitment to Information Security is essential.Solid understanding of Information Security principles and methodologies, and familiarity with control frameworks and industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English; knowledge of Greek or Spanish will be considered a plus, along with a collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate Information Security initiatives across departments and teams.What to expect from usBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.Certainly not “just another job”, but a place where people connect for life, and the work that they do means so much to both guests and colleagues alike.Job safety and security in a continuously expanding and dynamic organization.Competitive remuneration package.If this looks like the right job for you, send your CV in English and join our growing team!
