Job Title: Information Security AnalystLocation: Tampa, FloridaType: Full Time Our Client is seeking an Information Security Analyst I with hands-on experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), fraud prevention, and information security risk management. This role provides an exciting opportunity to guide and support a strong risk and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and mitigating security risks, monitoring business initiatives, and driving improvements in compliance and governance processes. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring four days onsite in Charlotte, NC or Tampa, FL.What You’ll DoPartner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and document operational and compliance risks.Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and solutions.Analyze data trends to anticipate potential risks and influence business decisions.Contribute to testing and contingency planning to strengthen operational resilience.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance security processes and reporting practices.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or a related technical field.Solid understanding of risk and compliance principles, tools, and frameworks.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to communicate findings clearly and work collaboratively across all levels.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in CIAM, fraud prevention, compliance, or audit roles.Industry certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CIAM, CISA, CFE, or CAFS.Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and written communication skills.Experience developing risk assessments and presenting insights to leadership teams.
