Information Security & Compliance Officer – ALTEN Nordics

As an Information Security & Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining ALTEN’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) across the Nordics, aligned with ISO 27001 and ALTEN Group’s global cybersecurity framework.You will act as a local counterpart to the Group Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and drive information security, risk management and compliance initiatives in both Sweden and Finland.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain ALTEN’s information security policies and ISMS in the NordicsConduct risk assessments and follow up on mitigation plansEnsure compliance with ISO 27001 and contractual/legal requirementsManage security incidents and coordinate crisis and continuity activitiesSupport business and project managers with cybersecurity requirementsParticipate in internal and external audits related to ISMS certificationPromote information security awareness and training initiativesReport security indicators to Nordic management and the Group CISOQualificationsUniversity degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in IT, Information Security or related fieldAt least three years of experience in information security, risk management or IT governanceSkillsStrong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27005, EBIOS RM or NIST frameworksUnderstanding of IT architecture and security controlsAnalytical mindset and strong communication skillsFluent in English (spoken and written)Experience from international or consulting environments is an advantageAbout ALTENALTEN is one of Europe’s leading technology and IT consulting companies, with more than 57,000 employees in over 30 countries.We deliver advanced engineering and IT solutions to some of the world’s most innovative clients.
