Information Security Engineer

We're looking for an Information Security Officer to join our client’s internal security team. The consultant will focus on safeguarding IT environments through vulnerability management, incident handling, and proactive security governance. This is a hybrid role with an expected 50% onsite presence in Leuven.ResponsibilitiesAs part of a multidisciplinary security team, you’ll take ownership of vulnerability and incident management workflows, helping to define and enforce cybersecurity standards across the organization.Manage and optimize vulnerability management tools and processesDrive the identification, assessment, and resolution of information security risksActively support incident response, including root cause analysis and mitigation planningContribute to improving security posture through structured cyber risk managementPromote alignment with best practices in web security and secure application designRequired Skills & KnowledgeWe're looking for someone who brings a deep understanding of both technical and procedural aspects of information security.
