You will collaborate across teams to turn strategy into daily practice and promote a proactive security mindset.Working closely with teams across IT, Risk & Compliance, and Operations, you will help embed security into daily business activities, drive continuous improvement, and foster awareness and engagement around information security throughout the company.Join our growing ISO teamWe are creating a new team of Information Security Officers, and each team member will focus on one of the following areas:Business Continuity & Cyber ResilienceInformation Security Management SystemThird-Party Risk ManagementAwareness & TrainingWith that said, to reduce vulnerability within the team, we expect all ISOs to have a broad understanding and hands-on experience across all areas.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesLead and develop assigned focus areas within the ISMS, as delegated by the CSOCreate and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures that protect our information assetsCoordinate and monitor the implementation of security controls across business and IT functionsConduct risk assessments and follow up on identified gaps and improvement actionsSupport business continuity and disaster recovery planning and exercisesProvide regular security reports and insights on risks, trends, and improvements to the CSO and managementOn a personal levelTo succeed in this role, we believe that you are:A senior professional within the field of information securityA collaborative and proactive professional who enjoys turning strategy into action Someone who stays up to date with emerging threats, standards, and regulatory changesJoin us in shaping a resilient, secure, and forward-thinking organization.
