Role Description The Information Technology (IT) Analyst is responsible for analyzing, supporting, and optimizing the organization’s technology systems to ensure efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives. This role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business units, helping to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong understanding of IT systems, data management, and problem-solving methodologies.Key responsibilities include evaluating existing IT infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting in the implementation of new technologies. The IT Analyst will support system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth daily operations. They will collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and business users to enhance system functionality, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless integration between platforms.The IT Analyst will monitor system performance, manage user accounts and permissions, and assist in resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. They will help maintain documentation for system processes, support data migration or upgrades, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards. Additionally, this role involves developing reports, analyzing data trends, and providing insights to inform IT and business strategies.The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with business acumen, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
