Information Technology Associate

We’re seeking a skilled Information Technology Associate to join a growing Technology team. This role supports a global workforce by delivering secure, seamless, and high-touch IT experiences. The ideal candidate is technically strong, communicates clearly, and takes pride in providing white-glove support to employees and executives.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive IT support to in-office and remote employees with minimal downtime.Administer Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Azure AD environments, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Manage endpoint devices through Intune and JamfSupport and troubleshoot collaboration and security tools including Zoom, Slack, Mimecast, Netskope, etc.Handle onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management to ensure smooth employee transitions.Oversee IT asset management such as procurement, imaging, inventory, and decommissioning.Partner with IT peers and business teams on upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.Maintain clear communication, provide proactive updates, and uphold a high standard of service.Qualifications5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience, ideally in financial or fast-paced technical environments.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Hybrid Azure AD, and endpoint management tools.Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms.Familiarity with enterprise security tools and IT asset management systems.Excellent communication skills and ability to support executives and senior staff.Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills with a service-focused mindset.Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
