Job Title IT Business Analyst – Ultimo Expertise – English - ALTEN BelgiumThe PositionAs part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst – Ultimo Expertise to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels (Evere).As an IT Business Analyst – Ultimo Expertise, your main responsibilities will include:Gathering, clarifying, and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders.Ensuring proposed solutions comply with IT standards, architecture, and policies.Analyzing and mapping end-to-end business and system processes related to Ultimo.Facilitating discussions among multiple stakeholders to clarify needs and reach consensus.Collaborating with functional analysts (internal and external, including Ultimo experts) to define user stories and support system configuration.Engaging actively with application teams, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and Ultimo representatives.Conducting and delivering business and technical presentations to diverse audiences.Contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of Ultimo practices.Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a corporate or industrial environment.Proven expertise in Ultimo, ideally both as a Business Analyst and Configurator.Excellent analytical, data mapping, and business process mapping skills.Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.Excellent communication and facilitation skills across business and technical teams.Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.Working knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies.Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.Awareness of ServiceNow is an asset.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Working ConditionsPermanent contract with an attractive salary packageCompany car with fuel cardRepresentation feesMeal vouchersMobile phone subscriptionGroup insurance & healthcare insurancePossibility of remote work (hybrid mode)20 legal vacation days + 12 compensatory daysWhat we offerAccess to exciting projects in key sectors: Transport, Energy, Automotive, Telecom, FinanceA diverse client base: Collaborations with both large corporations and smaller dynamic companies across BelgiumA real career development plan: Continuous training, coaching, daily knowledge sharingAn innovative and collaborative environmentAbout ALTENALTEN is a world leader in engineering and technology consulting, with over 57 000 employees in more than 30 countries.
