Technical Presales SupportCollaborate with sales and technical teams to craft tailored solution proposals and cost estimatesPrepare structured documentation including solution write-ups, BOMs, pricing sheets, and RFP/RFQ responsesParticipate in client scoping sessions and support bid preparationStay current on product capabilities and technical differentiators2. Coordination & Project HandoverAct as the bridge between presales, project, and delivery teamsEnsure smooth handover of approved documentation to implementation teamsTrack milestones from client approval to UAT and final sign-offMaintain logs, meeting records, and follow-up trackers3. Documentation ManagementDevelop and maintain standardized templates for proposals and project docsPrepare key documentation sets: SRS, SoW, UAT packs, deployment reports, and moreEnsure version control and compliance with quality standards (ISO/QMS)Manage a central documentation repository4. Reporting & Process SupportMaintain trackers for proposals, deadlines, and approvalsPrepare summary reports and support management dashboardsIdentify process improvements for documentation and coordination🎯 What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration (with technical exposure)1–2 years of experience in presales, coordination, or documentation roles in a software/IT companyStrong writing, editing, and formatting skillsProficiency in MS Office and tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with RFP/RFQ processes and enterprise software documentationDetail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelinesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
