This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting functional specifications, and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions that align with business objectives.Key Highlights:Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements.Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.Support solution design, UAT, and project documentation.Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.Ideal Candidate:4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, MS Excel.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred experience with ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, and familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus.
