Join Our Growing IT Team Please Note: No visa or work permit sponsorship.Level 2 - IT Support Engineer or Desktop Support Technician*1x day a week onsite - Mondays only.*Location:- Lindövägen, Norrköping.📋 Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.Provide hands-on support for internal IT systems and infrastructure.Install, maintain, and optimise desktops, mobile devices and network connectivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable technology solutions✅ What We’re Looking For:Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and core networking principles.Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting and customer service.Solid understanding of desktop systems, peripherals and network configurations.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Relevant certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, MCP/MCSA) are a plusLanguage: Fluent Swedish and English is a must.Shape the future of IT with us — join KNN IT in Sweden.
