Information Technology Governance Manager

We are seeking an IT Governance & Business Analyst Officer to support our IT governance framework, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and drive digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain IT governance and compliance frameworks.Manage IT risks, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.Gather and analyze business requirements for IT systems and applications.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and government entities.Support audits, reporting, and digital transformation projects.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.4–6 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or business analysis.Experience in UAE government/public sector preferred.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Fluent in Arabic and English.Skills & Competencies:Excellent understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in documenting business and technical requirements.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).High attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
