In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our employees have a smooth and secure experience with their devices, applications, and desktops — whether they're in the office or working remotely or factory floorAs our EUC Engineer, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving our desktop infrastructure, helping users stay productive while making technology seamless.What You'll DoProvide expert-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Macs, dumb terminals and printersConfigure and manage Windows 10/11 devices, software deployments,Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDriveManage and maintain tools like EPC, Intune, Active Directory, and Azure ADPackage, test, and deploy software and updatesTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issuesEnsure endpoint security through patching, antivirus, and encryptionWork with other IT teams to implement changes and improve user experienceDocument systems, processes, and provide user support when neededPossibility to travel to other sites, if and when required.JML - Joiner, Mover, Leaver - procedures for onboarding new employees, managing internal transitions, and offboarding departing personnelWhat We're Looking For1 + years of experience in a similar EUC/Desktop Support/IT Infrastructure roleStrong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and end-user device managementExperience with EPC, Intune (Endpoint Manager), and Active DirectorySolid troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindsetFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting for automation is a plusKnowledge of VPN software SecurEnvoy, and Citrix is desirableKnowledge of Apple Mac devices (Configuring and setting up ) is a must.Strong communication and teamwork skillsExperience in Networking, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Wi-FiExposure to ServiceNow, Jira or similar ITSM platformsSalary - £30-35K plus on call allowanceLocation - Bristol 3 days per week and Chippenham 2 days per weekDevonshire is an equal-opportunity employer, and we encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds.
