EUC and Service Desk EngineerCopenhagen or AarhusOnsite within a services environmentSometimes the smallest fixes keep the biggest operations alive.If you enjoy being the calm voice in the room, the steady pair of hands on the keyboard, and the person who can make tech behave when everyone else has given up, this one may suit you.You’ll be joining a team that supports busy sites across Denmark, working face to face with users and keeping the digital workplace running without fuss.What the role looks like• Day to day support across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, M365 and core business apps• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues with a practical, user-friendly approach• Managing incidents, service requests and escalations through ITSM tools• Setting up, configuring and patching devices• Handling joiners, movers and leavers across accounts, access and permissions• Working closely with local stakeholders and wider IT teams to keep everything flowing• Maintaining tidy documentation and contributing ideas for improvementWhat you’ll bring• Experience in EUC, desktop support or service desk work• Confident working onsite and solving problems face to face• Solid understanding of Windows, M365, basic networking and device management• A structured but human approach to customer service• Ability to work independently with the initiative to dig in and resolve issues• Danish or English language skills to navigate daily conversationsIf you like roles that keep you close to people, close to technology and close to the pulse of a busy operation, this is a strong fit.
