Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam for an Information Technology Intern. The intern will assist with monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems and networks, as well as managing network security. Responsibilities include providing support for day-to-day IT operations, collaborating with team members on IT projects, addressing technical issues, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external users. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain practical experience in the field of information technology. Qualifications Proficiency in Network Administration and Information TechnologyStrong Troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectivelyBasic understanding of Network Security best practices and protocolsStrong Customer Service skills to provide prompt and effective supportStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentPursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldKnowledge of enterprise data capturing systems is a plus
