Reference ID R182790 Updated 07/30/2025Production and Manufacturing DownstreamSingaporeSingaporeN/AWhat’s The RoleAs a Production & Logistics Executive, your purpose is to: Coordinate with Production, Planning & Logistic, and Quality team to plan,Implement operational support for Production Inventory data management,Keep track of logistics inbound/outbound vehicle scheduling and movement and,Monitor and identify production related consumables, responsible for end-to-end sourcing and deliveryWhat You’ll Be DoingYour principal accountabilities will include: Provide direct supports to both Filling Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor regarding:

Inventory stock count program managementInventory data consolidation and GSAP system uploadsVehicle movements including both inbound and outboundPreparation of authority/company required reports submissions, including but not limited to items about Waste, Energy, TrainingProduction/logistics operation overtime scheduling/data verificationsDeputy GSAP processing/administration supports in absence of Filling Supervisor and Logistics SupervisorPerform discussions and cadence with production, planning, logistic and quality team to plan and execute improvements itemsPeople program focal for production, such as HSSE, Festive, Recognition and other events where applicableAny other tasks assigned by supervisorsKey/ Special ChallengesSkilled in multiple interfaces with various stakeholders, especially frontline contractors such as filling operators, forklift driversStrong business acumen with cost effectiveness mindsetAble to deliver in fast-paced and dynamic business environment, especially vehicles movementsAble to identify best options for the company’s interests, with a minimum level of supervision, under lean Shell FTE resourcesWhat You BringWe are keen to speak with candidates who will have:
