IT Manager – Datacenter - MäntsäläDo you want to join a leading AI Cloud Provider at the forefront of HPC? You will head up the Datacenter in Mantsala as an IT Manager, leading the team and operations across advanced GPU & HPC Infrastructure. This is a chance to work with cutting-edge NVIDIA technologies, drive large-scale data center performance, and play a key role in shaping the future of AI computing in Europe.ResponsibilitiesYou will oversee all IT systems within the data center, including servers, GPU clusters, and network infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability.You will lead a small but growing IT support team, managing day-to-day operations, meeting KPIs, and maintaining ITIL best practices through tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.You will manage the full lifecycle of server hardware including installations, upgrades, decommissions, and RMAs, while collaborating with Data Center Operations and Network Engineering to optimize power, cooling, and cabling.You will track and report operational performance using Excel and monitoring tools, driving continuous improvements in reliability, efficiency, and automation across the IT environment.QualificationsExperience managing GPU and server environments (e.g., NVIDIA H100, H200, DGX).Strong knowledge of data center operations, including power, cooling, and cabling.Hands-on expertise with server hardware installation and lifecycle management.Familiarity with networking equipment (Arista, Juniper, Cisco, or Mellanox).Proficiency in Linux troubleshooting, ITIL processes, and tools like ServiceNow or Jira.Proven leadership in managing IT teams, tracking KPIs, and
