Information Technology Manager

Our client is a global organization seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and optimize IT operations across Türkiye. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on responsibility for infrastructure, security, and team development.Role is based in Ankara.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement corporate IT and security policies across Türkiye operations.Lead IT infrastructure and digital projects in alignment with global strategy.Oversee system stability, application management, and service quality (SLAs).Collaborate with regional and global IT leaders to set priorities and ensure compliance.Manage IT budgets, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders.Ensure quick resolution of audit findings and maintain business continuity plans.Support, mentor, and develop the local IT team.Identify automation and analytics opportunities to improve performance.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.Experience in people management.Strong understanding of ITIL, project management (PRINCE2/PMI), and network systems (CCNA+).Experience with Microsoft, VMware, SAP, and Office 365 environments.Excellent English and proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
