Success in this role requires 3+ years in project management, and at least 1 year in product management for software solutions. You should have hands-on experience across the product lifecycle, from roadmap creation and planning, through launch and post-launch improvement. Strong stakeholder engagement, business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or native), and English (TOEIC 860+) are essential, as are skills in team building, prioritization, and solving complex problems. Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and working in multicultural environments is a definite plus.What can you expect?
