If so, we encourage you to apply for the position of Manager, IT Production System!Objective of Job:As the Manager, IT Production System, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT applications and hardware essential to our production processes. You will manage a wide range of applications supporting Operations (Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics), ensuring stable, compliant, and efficient IT services that contribute to the digital transformation of our business functions.Key Responsibilities:1. IT Application Management & Operations:Manage a diverse portfolio of applications critical to production, quality, engineering, and logistics operations.Effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including internal customers, end-users, and management, prioritizing requests and ensuring alignment with business needs.Collaborate with internal customers to translate their demands into clear requirements documents and technical specifications.Work closely with internal and external application suppliers to implement solutions that meet those requirements.Drive continuous improvement of our architectural and application landscapes by promoting the adoption of state-of-the-art technologies (APIs, Cloud, FoSS, SaaS, etc.).2. Strategic IT Landscape Implementation:Actively support the implementation of our strategic IT landscape initiatives.Contribute to and support the implementation of our standard Business Intelligence strategy.Participate in the digital transformation of various business functions.3. Audit, Secure, and Compliant IT:Ensure stable and compliant IT operations, adhering to all relevant security and regulatory standards.Contribute to system and process audits to identify areas for improvement.4.
