Mission- The IT Project Manager is responsible for delivery of the IT components of business project scope to the satisfaction of the project sponsor and users. This is achieved through on-time delivery at agreed levels of quality, budget, and timescales- In support of this, the IT Project Manager needs to be able to plan, coordinate, monitor and control the utilization of project resources (internal and external) and to communicate with stakeholders in accordance with appropriate project governance - As a highly visible project manager within an international context, you will be responsible for the development of our Asset Referential, our Asset release and the Optimisation of our Core Leasing System environments - For all these projects, you would be expected to coordinate the technical solution and appoint appropriate partners.- You will work with technical architects, security teams and will be expected to follow BNPP group policy.- You will be the IT focal point to secure the project deliverables for both Business IT stakeholders, working closely with the ArvalIT Tribes.- You will progressively work with teams using an Agile methodology (Scrum) at Squad level and an equivalent of the SAFe framework at Tribe One IT level.- The role will commence in April 2025, Expected Activities- Support and guide business teams regarding the definition of IT scope, constraints, budget and planning estimations.- Follow up on objectives defined with the Business Project Manager and ensure that the solution meets the stated objectives.- With the support of relevant stakeholders, select the project delivery methodology adapted to the context of the project and ensure proper implementation.- Be accountable for IT project management governance utilization and quality of resulting deliverables.- Be responsible for the coordination of IT delivery teams in collaboration with PO IT PO to secure delivery commitments.- Identify and manage project interdependencies and stakeholders ensuring clear communication across squads and tribes- Coordinate the architectural design and approval of that design for IT components of the project- Mobilize, lead and coordinate required IT resources (internal and external) , including those from vendors.- Build the IT deployment plan in conjunction with stakeholders and in conformance with approval committees (Build to Run activities, Change management activities etc.)- Be responsible for the consumption of the I
