You will actively search for candidates using AI tools and traditional sourcing methods, conduct structured interviews and provide initial candidate assessments, and maintain professional communication with candidates and hiring managers via meetings, calls, and email to ensure a smooth recruitment process.QualificationsRequired:3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.Experience managing recruitment workflows using ATS and project management platforms (Monday or similar)Sourcing skills across various platforms, including Telegram, GitHub, and job search websites.Fluent English (B2+) and Russian (C1+) (our technical team is primarily Belarusian, communicating internally in Russian, while documentation and communication with the US-based team are in English)Preferred but not required:Confident use of Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques.
